2nd day in somewhere I am now........
Whole day seeing ppt non stop......from 8am till 6 pm.
Everyone came in with different kinds of complaints.....
Interesting one ==> Diplopia, atypical chest pain.............cause??
Things to read on....cm.... ECG.... CXR......
Time to sleep ==> Stat...sien the headache...darn..........
