OnCall-less weekend....

Yesterday wasn't a good call.... First, started with a patient with lowish bp which required dopamine...treated as leptospirosis with severe sepsis and referred physician. Thought the physician will ask to transfer over to Sibu but he didn't so I'd to keep the patient here.

 Then another case drunken fellow got into self RTA with laceration wound @ forehead...GCS on arrival 3/15. Damn. Came in at 2am! Gave my plans to MA and off to sleep.
THen in d middle of sleep, phone rang on and off for the ward's little tiny things.
@ 4am, came in AECOAD patient. Aih.
Followed by O+G call @ 6.25am, said placenta delivery delayed for 25 minutes. Went down to the O+G ward, nurse said, oh, placenta came out eventually... -_-! anyway, thank God placenta came out, if not, there'll be more to do for retained placenta.

 So, this is how Kapit looks like @ 6.30am in the morning.....

Slept again @ 7am till 8 am and off to the ward for round...finished round @ 12-1pm...went back and slept throughout the afternoon ....wasn't a nice weather for sleep though...

I m running out of milk soon, but am lazy to walk all the way to town just to buy milk for my breakfast. Anyway, i still went after all, just to buy this one packet of milk... RM 41.40 fernleaf milk. Definitely more expensive than kuching, cause last time i checked, it was RM 35++ in kuching.
Did my laundry after that and now time to sleep...Saturday gone...
