Wake up @ 5.30am

Was oncall yesterday, first call in medical department. SO damn busy, admitted around 8 patients. Only able to sleep for 2 hours and that was in female ward call. My friends oncall at the male ward, cant even sleep, did 4 CPR, sent off 2 patients. The worse thing was, they broke one patient's ribs while CPR and causing a flail chest!! Aih, if I am the patient I will decide for DNR. Almost all patients with CPR ended up with poor prognosis.

Whole night oncall running up down taking blood and trace result. Gonna get bilateral knee OA soon. Siennnn...........................
