Account Login
Customers who have previously registered their account information may login to their account prior to adding items to their shopping cart or anytime during the shopping process. Logging in allows customers to access their account history, view previous orders and avoid re-entering their shipping and billing information when they checkout.

Account Sign-Up
First-time customers have the option of creating an eConnek customer account to speed up the check out process. To create an account, simply choose a username and password, then enter your billing and shipping information to be stored in our secure database. This information will automatically be entered into the correct fields whenever you place an order under your login name.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To add items to your shopping cart, first click on a product category button on the left hand side of the site. Then select a sub category and/or individual product by clicking on its title or image to see more detailed information on the product.
Once on the Product Detail Page, specify the quantity you would like to purchase and click “Add To Cart.” Repeat this process for all products you would like to order.
You may change the quantity of a specific product or remove it altogether at anytime during the shopping process by clicking the “View Cart” button in the upper right hand corner of the site and using the update and delete options as necessary.
Once the contents of your shopping cart are correct you may proceed to checkout.

Checking Out
If you have registered with www.econnek.com as part of a previous purchase you may log in before proceeding to checkout and all of your checkout information will automatically be entered into the checkout form for you.

If you are not a registered user, you will be prompted to enter all required payment information into the checkout form.

Once your information has been entered, click “Complete Purchase” and print or make a note of your order number.

You will then receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order was received. This email will also contain your order number and tracking information.
