Chocolate cake

Date: 4th of January 2008
Morning: Didnt go out..hehe..but it was sunny day
Afternoon: So cold!! around -20 celcius....my face feel like going to crack....hahaha....have to put on more lotion ...

hohoho.....went to watch basketball match at 1 pm....josephine and I hesistated for a long long time and finally decided to go and watch...we walked in and out of the hostel for a few times....Josephine lah! Scared later only 2 of us watching only so I suggested to go back to hostel to bake cake....but at the other side, she really really want to watch the semi-final match....so...finally, I just dragged her to the basketball match...if not, later, she will grumble and grumble while baking cake....so here is some pictures from the basket ball match~

We went back after watching the semi-final match, which was at 3 pm....went back to hostel and prepare to bake chocolate cake...ehhehe...our fried drumsticks became chocolate cake..hahaha...

I think Johnny wont mind la..hahaha..

During the baking cake process, I cook oats for myself....lunch and dinner...ahhaa....while josephine busy mixing up the ingredients for the chocolate cake...

After cooking the oats, I added some black chocolate into my oats...mmmm..~ yummy~

This is milk, 3.5 %....yummy~ I like it!

Added in milk........and enjoy~ Finished whole pot myself...I did offer to Josephine oh! but she doesnt like oats..so ...haha....i got to finish all of it..hoho...bloated~

While I was cooking oats, Josephine mixing the cake...ahha......I just helped her for small little thing like measuring flours , sugar, and so on..haha...she did almost all of it..hehe..

This is the measuring cup we used to measure flour and sugar.....it has different scale for different ingredients....borrowed from lynn wei's.....We dont use weighing scale but only this measuring cup...hoho...thanks lynn wei... While waiting for the cake in the oven, we have to prepare for the chocolate topping...these are the ingredients, butter, black chocolates, and creams 10%

The chocolates are cute..hahaha...got different shapes one..very nice oh....

Put in chocolates and butter together to melt it......with the boiling water underneath the bowl...

then later on...add in cream...10%....whoaa...this is the most YUMMY milk!! but cant drink too much.....fattening!!....aihh....

Ta da!!!!! DONE!!! hohoho...brought down to JOHNNY there..but he was out...for dinner...so left it in TEO's room first la...ahhaha...remember to heat up the cake before you eat...it will be nicer if you heat it up...HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHNNY!!

ok..finished blogging~ Now it's 8 pm now......going to take a nap first...tired already ...cause running up and down the stairs to check on our cake in the oven....because the oven is in 3rd floor while we are living in 6th floor....hoho....hope the CAKE is nice! if it's not...you have to say it's nice oh!..haha....
