New YEar group Dinner Preparation

Church finished at around 10.30pm. After getting done with everything, walk back to hostel, took bath, and around 11.30pm started to make jelly for tommorrow group dinner! haha...I responsible to make jelly and herbal drinks (luo han gu). Left only one 'biji' of luo han guo.

Jellies~ Ingredient: Jelly powder, water, sugar, lemon acid, secret ingredient, jelly's mold

This is my packet of jelly powder, but Johnny rejected cause 1 packet only can put 200 ml mean while~

His one, one packet and put 1 litre of water...haha..so can make more ...That's why used his jelly packet....Thanks to him~

Can fruits, to add into the jelly~

After opening, pour the syrup into the boiling jelly

This is johnny busy cooking the jelly powder with 1 litre of water. You have to keep stirring...

While boiling the jelly, he added in a lot of stuff, to make it tasty, first, he added this lemon acid

Then sugar~

Then, the most important one, his secret ingredient, so that the jelly wont secret water the next day..haha..What's the secret ingredient? Ask him yourself~ cause he asked me not to tell people! hahaha

Then, put it at the window there to let the cold cold wind cool down the jelly and hardened it!

okay! Done! time to take it out!!

Now, lets put it into the fridge and serve it tommorrow! hoho....almost everything done by johnny, i just help cut the fruits and put it into the mold..hehe...

TOnight, one of my groupmate was trying to catch a rat in his room, here is the mouse trap he invented~

the small wall to trap the rat inside..why at the side of the cupboard? cause they saw it ran into the cupboard so now just wait for it to come out again when it's hungry~ then catch it! But at 2am, they felt sleep already, so they decided to put the poisonous foods into the cupboard and block all the exit from the cupboard, hope the rat will the foods..hehehe....

the rat's bite on Johnny's biscuit..ahhaha....

Having group dinner tommorrow night, everyone is in charged of one dish...

Eddy- chicken curry (it was ba kut teh at first, but pork too too expensive so change menu to chicken curry ..haha)

Andrew- errmm.....I dont know what is he preparing...
